Phillippe Peguilhan, Country Manager of Carrefour UAE at Majid Al Futtaim Retail, said: “We are delighted to be celebrating our 25th year in the UAE and are proud of the progress we have made. Firmly rooted in the soil, culture and communities of the country, we have grown with the UAE, ever since we opened the doors to the nation’s very first hypermarket in City Centre Deira in 1995. We are humbled to have earned the trust of our customers and become a pillar of the communities we serve. Whether introducing new retail innovations to the region, or championing a range of causes, none of our accomplishments would be possible without the people at the heart of everything we do: our customers.”

He continued: “We dedicate our 25th year anniversary to our loyal customers and will reward long-time Carrefour shopper with the chance to win their future grocery shopping on us. We look forward to hearing their memories of Carrefour and to creating even more great moments over the next 25 years.”
