DUBAI, UAE: - Careem, the region’s leading ride-hailing service, announced today the appointment of Nuzhat Naweed as Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, Naweed will lead Careem’s Customer Experience vision, strategy and satisfaction measures to deliver a significantly enhanced experience to customers.

Naweed brings a solid track record in Customer Experience, digital commerce and product management. Careem is at the forefront of this trend and I’m excited to work with the team to ensure that customer experience continues to be a strategic differentiator for us,” she said.

Naweed joins Careem from Germany-based fashion e-commerce giant Zalando, where she was responsible for ensuring customer experience was a key differentiator for the platform. She helped establish the company as a forerunner in the mobile industry and successfully championed a cultural shift which placed the voice of the customer at the core of their strategic development and design of digital products.
