Bahrain has activated several new steps related to arrivals to Bahrain in light of the outbreak of COVID-19, said a Bahrain News Agency report.
 
The measures taken include banning entry to all foreign visitors who have visited Iran, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea within the previous 14 days.
 
The ministry has advised citizens and residents to follow WHO guidelines and avoid all but essential travel to areas where Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been detected, it said.
 
It has also advised citizens and residents against travelling to Iran, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
