Under the Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Akhtaboot has successfully launched the biggest career event in Jordan "Akhtaboot's 7th Job Fair 2016 - Amman" on the 21st and 22nd of September 2016. Attending on behalf of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, H.E. the Minister of Labor, Mr. Ali Al Ghazzawi inaugurated the job fair which was attended by over 20,000 job seekers as well as the participation of more than 60 companies covering a wide range of industries. The two-day job fair was held at Amman Grand Hall, Al Hussein Youth City, and was supported by the USAID Jordan Competitiveness Program.
USAID was represented at the opening ceremony by Mr. Russell Bauer, Director of the Economic Development and Energy Office at USAID, and by Mr. Jason McNabb, Deputy Director of the Economic Development and Energy Office.
Mr. Yousef Shamoun, CEO and Co-founder of Akhtaboot said: "We are pleased to report the success of the 7th edition of Akhtaboot's job fair in Amman, which is demonstrated by the large turnout of job seekers as well as the number of participating companies. This success is derived from the vision of our corporate social responsibility program "Akhtaboot Cares Initiative", which aims to support the job search efforts of our Jordanian candidates, both men and women, while introducing them to the available job opportunities in addition to providing free career-related workshops for the purpose of strengthening the concept of employability education."

Akhtaboot is currently preparing to launch its upcoming job fair in Aqaba, which will take place on the 9th and 10th of November 2016 at Dhana Hall, Intercontinental Hotel Aqaba.
