Argan Village launches in Bahrain under auspices of Bahraini Municipal Minister
Progressing from their regional win at the Arabian Property Awards, held in Dubai in November, 2015, ALARGAN International Real Estate Company received international recognition at the recently held International Property Awards in London. One of the most important global property events of the year, ALARGAN was awarded Best International Retail Developer for its new mixed-use development in Bahrain, ARGAN Village.
At a glittering award gala dinner held on the 7th of December in the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, in the attendance of an international array of award winning property developers, respected VIPs, government officials, and media persons, ALARGAN was awarded for ALARGAN Village due to the project's defining architecture and overall community offering as a mixed used property.
Located in the Saraya (Bu Quwa) area of Bahrain, ARGAN Village is an urban village mixing modern and traditional Bahraini style, offering residents across the country a redeveloped public garden surrounded by retail and food offerings in a unique setting where individuals and families can spend the entire day in a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. ALARGAN was chosen to receive the award for the property amongst strong competition of a wide range of leading property developers from across the world by 70 experts covering every aspect of the real estate industry.
Meanwhile, on the same day in Bahrain, ALARGAN officially launched ARGAN Village in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Northern Province in Bahrain, Mr. Ali Bin Sheikh Abdul Hussain Al Asfour, a number of senior officials in the ministry, VIP guests and the local media.

Commenting on the launch, the Minister of Works and Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning in Bahrain, Mr. Essam Bin Abdullah Khallaf stressed that the ARGAN Village garden redevelopment is an important recreational project in the northern governorate, impacting the lives of thousands of nearby residents.
