The MarQ Development plans to deliver its 2 billion pound ($127 million) The Water MarQ residential Compound in New Cairo by the fourth quarter of 2023, the project’s architect and engineering consultant said.
The 20-acre project comprises of 100 villas and a private waterfront.
Mohammed Yassin, Co-Founder of Lab 59 Architects said the project would be delivered by the end of 2023. Lab 59 Architects is designing six of the 10 villa types for project with areas ranging from 300 to 910 square metres.
"We are offering unique designs in this project. The design of the 910 sqm model comprises 6 master suites, a private office, indoor parking, and double height reception and foyer," he said.
He added enabling works for the project has started.
Co-founder Noor El-Din told Zawya Projects that the company is currently providing engineering consultancy services for projects worth 7 billion pounds ($446 million).
“We are currently designing the interiors of office units for a commercial project in the New Administrative Capital. We have been appointed as general design consultant for Triplex office project with the Urban Real Estate Development Company and the Brazil Zaha project in Brazil with NeuHaus Company,” he said.
