Emaar Misr's profit hikes 103% in H1

Cairo - Mubasher: Emaar Misr for Development recorded net profits of EGP 1.33 billion in the first half (H1) of 2021, up by 102.6% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 656.55 million, including minority shareholders' rights.

The revenues soared to EGP 3.78 billion in the January-June period, compared to EGP 1.04 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company achieved net profits of EGP 529.12 million, up from EGP 247.56 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
