Under the new Gold Technical Service Partner (TSP) agreement, the Dubai-based company will provide end-user support, technical service, spare parts, repairs, maintenance, installation and commissioning for Cobham's maritime L-band, VSAT, TV, marine radio/GMDSS products.
The Gold-level status was awarded following a rigorous audit by Cobham SATCOM to ensure the highest levels of service to its customers across the region. Elcome last year provided more than 690 shipboard service calls for SAILOR and Sea Tel products at ports across the Middle East and Indian Ocean.
