MANAMA - August 9, 2015: Bahrain will soon have its first centralized real estate listing service with the introduction of Multilevel Listing Solution - mlsBH by Premium eBusiness Solutions, a Bahrain-based web solutions company. The solution, www.mls.bh, is in its final phase of development and pilot listings can begin as early as next month or possibly even sooner. Talks are currently ongoing with key market participants and government entities to utilize mlsBH as their official property listing databank.
mlsBH will function at the industry's core, acting as a facilitator among owners, realtors and consumers by centralizing owners' property listings and distributing them to real estate agencies, brokers and classified websites via its data exchange module. It will have separate user modules for owners, realtors and consumers where they can respectively conduct their property listing and search activities.
Whilst adopting international real estate listing standards, it will introduce sophisticated real estate classifications to better categorize property classes, as primarily defined by the Government of Bahrain. As a result the platform will have the most accurate and reliable real estate listings database in the country that is free of rogue agents and duplicated or outdated listings.
Similar solutions are already the backbone of many other developed nations like America, Australia, Canada and UK. The concept is also gaining recognition in many emerging markets like Dubai, Singapore, and Spain. International standards and the structured approach that comes with it will help create a better impression of Bahrain's real estate internationally, which should, in turn, encourage foreign investment.

There has been no solution up until now specifically for real-estate owners and operators to exclusively promote their listings while being in control of their own property's information.
