Dubai – Mubasher: Oman Insurance Company is preparing for acquiring additional 49% stake in its subsidiary Dubai Starr Sigorta.

The company referred that a sale and purchase agreement will be signed following the acquisition, as the measures of the acquisition are subject to regulatory approval, the company disclosed to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
