HAMBURG/DUBAI- Jordan's state grain buyer has made no purchase in an international tender to buy 120,000 tonnes of milling wheat which closed on Tuesday, European traders said.
Only two trading companies took part, CHS and Ameropa.
A new tender is expected to be issued soon to close next Tuesday, March 26.
In recent months, Jordan has struggled to buy wheat and barley in tenders after changed terms for quality specifications and payment reduced participation by international trading houses.
