LONDON- Iran's oil minister said on Tuesday that neighbour Iraq owed it $2 billion for gas and electricity exports, ISNA news agency said on Tuesday.

Bijan Zanganeh also said that since the United States reimposed sanctions on Iran's energy sector, Iraq halted a deal with Tehran to swap crude produced from the northern Iraqi Kirkuk oilfield for Iranian oil.
