ATHENS- PPC is considering the partial privatisation of its power distribution operator, the state-controlled company's chief executive officer said on Monday.
"We are moving towards a partial privatisation," George Stassis told reporters, adding that the company had already hired financial advisors on the issue.
In the coming months, PPC will decide whether it will securitise arrears and whether it will issue a new bond.
