Cairo –  EFG Hermes is planning to offer two private companies on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) before the end of the current fiscal year, co-head of EFG Hermes’ Investment Banking Division (IBD) Mostafa Gad told Mubasher.

One of the two companies is operating in the technology field, Gad added.

The top official revealed that his company was seeking to complete the offerings of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling and Banque Du Caire.

EFG Hermes reported a 43% year-on-year profit growth in its consolidated profits during the first quarter of 2019 on the back of higher revenues, recording EGP 381.34 million.
