MTI and B Investments hold 49.9% and 20.3% in Ebtikar

ArabFinance: Ebtikar assigned EFG Hermes (HRHO) to explore the strategic options to list Ebtikar or one or more of its subsidiaries on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), according to a statement filed to the EGX.
MTI and B Investments hold 49.9% and 20.3% in Ebtikar, respectively.
In April, Ebtikar acquired 100% of Vitas Group’s stake in Vitas Egypt, which represents 50% of Vitas Egypt. Accordingly, Ebtikar’s ownership increased from 50% to 100% of Vitas Egypt.
Ebtikar is a joint venture between MM Group for Industry and International Trade (MTI) (MTIE) and B Investments Holding (BINV).
