Arab Finance: Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE (ATLC) decided to increase its paid-up and issued capital by EGP 34.4 million, the company said Monday in a statement to EGX.
The capital will increase from EGP 200 million to EGP 234.4 million, to be distributed over 13.76 million shares at EGP 2.5 per share. The company will distribute 0.1720 bonus share for every share.
Shareholders of record are entitled to the distribution until the end of August 7 session. The bonus shares are distributable as of August 8, 2019, while approximating fractions for minor shareholders.
