232 new Covid-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Tuesday

Bahrain yesterday registered 232 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 289 recoveries. The Health Ministry revealed that of the 232 new cases, 51 were expatriate workers, 172 contacts of local cases and nine travel-related.

It said an additional 289 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 77,421.

Of the 3,028 active cases, 71 were receiving treatment and 24 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered 80,765 cases and has conducted 1,709,902 tests.
