142 new Covid-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Sunday

Bahrain yesterday registered 142 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 192 recoveries.

The Health Ministry revealed that of the new cases, 59 were expatriate workers, 78 contacts of local cases and five travel-related.

It said an additional 192 people recovered, taking the total to 84,977. Of the 1,469 active cases, 24 were receiving treatment and 15 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered 86,787 cases and has conducted 2,043,740 tests.
