$109 fine for driving in bus lanes, warn Abu Dhabi Police

REUTERS/Mohammed OmarUAE - The Abu Dhabi Police on Thursday reminded motorists not to use designated lanes for buses and taxis.
Failure to follow this rule will result in a fine of Dh400, the police added.
The police, as part of a social media campaign to create awareness among road users, has been sharing videos urging parents to not let children sit in the front seat, paying attention on the road and not jump traffic lights, not tailgating, adhering to speed limits and lane discipline, etc.
