Kuwaiti, Chinese FMs discuss Asian conference, bilateral relations

KUWAIT, July 16 (KUNA) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah met Friday with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

The meeting was held on sidelines of Central Asia and South Asia conference, held on July 15-16 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

The discussions dealt with the Kuwaiti-Chinese bilateral relations, ways of strengthening and developing them in various fields, and latest developments on the regional and international arenas.(end) hs
