Participants in a conference titled “Religious Discourse and its Role in Enhancing Intellectual Security and Achieving Societal Stability” affirmed that moderation is a rightful approach and a strong protection against extremism stressing that coexistence is one of the purposes of Islamic law that must be preserved.
More than 280 imams, preachers and scholars took part in the conference held remotely, which concluded yesterday.
