Dubai: Provis, the company launched by Aldar Properties to deliver market leading and innovative estate management solutions, including sales and leasing services, officially opened an office in Dubai yesterday, 1st May 2019.
The company held an opening ceremony that was attended by Provis’s senior management and sales and leasing team. With the ability to accommodate more than 50 sales and leasing agents, covering a total area exceeding 310 square meters, the new office is intended to increase the ability of Provis in meeting the needs of Dubai’s market.
The new office allows the company to better deploy a range of services that combine expertise with innovative thinking and utilize cutting edge technologies established to handle sales and leasing operations.
“This opening represents another step towards the strengthening of our presence in the local market and allows us to better access potential and existing clients. This opening reflects our commitment to offering the best possible services and products to the region” said Sameer Barakat, Provis Executive Director.

The new office is located in the Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 in Downtown Dubai and is now open to clients. This step will allow Provis to further strengthen its Dubai based partnerships with leading developers.
With thousands of properties sold and leased across the emirate, Provis’s new office is set to deliver a one-stop-shop for sales and leasing offering.
