The tallest tower in D1 Residences has been launched for sale at District One in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, District One - part of the master development Meydan - has launched the tallest tower in D1 Residences.

The 16-storey tower has been launched alongside the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom show apartments.

It is the tallest tower of D1 Residences and comprises 1, 2 and 3 bedroom waterfront apartments catering to various family sizes. These homes feature ceiling-to-floor windows and offer a panoramic view of the green surroundings and the world's largest man-made 7-km Crystal Lagoon.

This lagoon is set on a private beach, surrounded by acres of greenery. Created with a patent technology that keeps the water looking crystal blue all year long, the Crystal Lagoon at District One offers residents access to swimming, paddle boarding and other non-motorised aquatic leisure activities.

Mohammad Abdul Nasser Al Khayat, vice-president commercial and freezone, Meydan Group, said: "We are particularly proud of this tower launch as it is the tallest tower of D1 Residences that overlooks the world's largest man-made 7km Crystal Lagoon. Since the launch of D1 Residences, it has received positive interest from buyers and investors across the world and the interest is growing as we continue to provide extraordinary features, and exquisite surrounding facilities for this community."

District One comprises mansions, villas and waterfront apartments. Besides the 7km crystal lagoon, there is also a 14km boardwalk, over 8.4km cycling and running track, and 26 million sqft of green open spaces.

The community is located minutes away from the upcoming Meydan One, Dubai's new shopping destination. In addition, the community provides mosques, schools, retail brands, F&B outlets and supermarkets.
