Cairo – The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Sunday inaugurated several national projects, including Mostorod petroleum refining complex in Qalyubia.

The Mostorod hydrocracking complex has been established in collaboration with the private sector with investments of $4.3 billion, according to state-run TV.

The project has an annual output capacity of 4.7 million tonnes of high-value petroleum products such as high-octane gasoline and diesel with Euro 5 standards, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), aviation fuel, naphtha, and coke.
