Cairo – The Egyptian Cabinet on Thursday approved a concession agreement to design, construct, manage, operate, maintain, and redelivery of a multi-purpose terminal at East Port Said Port on a Build-and-Transfer (BOT) basis, with an unnamed company.

The contract will see the allocation of 900-metres quay and 330,000-square metre land for the company, according to a statement.

The terminal will be built and designed to handle all types of cargo, the statement added.
