Dubai – Mubasher: UAE's ENOC Group signed an evergreen aviation fuel supply agreement with the Indian oil giant, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), where IOC will provide aviation fuel to ENOC’s customers travelling to and from 34 Indian airports.

“The UAE-India ties are gaining momentum, underpinned by strong bilateral trade and partnerships in multiple sectors, the new agreement will further enable us to add value to our aviation customers that link the two nations,” said ENOC’s Group CEO, Saif Humaid Al Falasi in a press release on Tuesday.

The partnership, which started two years ago, also includes one of the largest collaborations in the global marine lubricant sector, with the entities jointly leading Research and Development (R&D) efforts to develop cylinder oil in compliance with the International Maritime Organisation’s (IMO) regulation.

It is noteworthy that the UAE is home to over 3.3 million Indians, topping the Arab countries investing in India with about $10 billion investments.
