MANAMA: Phase one of construction on the BD17.6 million Wadi Al Riffa housing project will commence this week.

Construction on the project, under Manara Developments, is expected to continue for 10 months with a scheduled delivery of housing units in early 2020.

The project is currently reaching the conclusion of land levelling and landfill and will consist of 29 villas occupying plots ranging between 180sqm to 235sqm and a built-up area of 235sqm.

Each unit consists of three master bedrooms, a majlis, a living room, a dining area, an external kitchen, a maid room with a bathroom, a laundry room and a garage accommodating two cars.

Insha Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor for development work.

A tender for infrastructure work of the entire development has been issued and a contractor will be appointed by April.
