The Combined Group Contracting (CGC) units in the UAE have won a contract to establish the Abu Dhabi Future School program - Phase 8 package 4.
 
The developer of the project is Abu Dhabi General Services (Musanada) for the Department of Urban planning and Municipalities.
The project value is Dh240.46 million ($65.47million) and it will be completed in 600 days.
 
Earlier, Combined International Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of CGC, won the development of a commercial centre in the city of Jaber Al Ahmad in Kuwait in joint venture with a local partner.
 
Part of the Jaber Al-Ahmad Residential City project, the project is one of the partnership projects between the Public Authority for Housing Welfare and the private sector.
 
It includes the development of a business centre and commercial space with a total area of 145,329 sq m.
