Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab National Bank (ANB) penned an insurance deal with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company to receive insurance coverage for the mortgage programme for one year.
The contract’s value amounts to approximately SAR 25.95 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Board member, Hesham Abdullatif Al Jabr has a direct interest in the contract as a representative of ANB in Walaa Cooperative’s board.
Walaa Cooperative is a 5.48%-owned subsidiary of ANB.
