Muscat: Around 33,000 people will receive new water connection in Al Amerat, according to the Public Authority for Water (Diam).
In a statement issued online, Diam said: “To ensure the sustainability of the water service in the Wilayat of Al Amerat, Diam has floated tenders to implement the first package of sub-water network projects within Al Ameart.”
“The first package included Al Amerat Heights Phases 1,2 & 10 of Al Nahda City. During the nextphase, the second package of the network projects will be floated in the Wilaya which will include Al Amerat Heights Phases 1& 2 and parts of Phase 3 and sub-networks in the AI-Mahaj and Al-Atikiyah regions.” Diam added.
