Egypt’s Hassan Allam Holding announced on Thursday that Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, its joint venture with Rawabi Specialised Contracting, a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding Group, has been awarded the civil construction works of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel in Amaala, Triple Bay.

The project consists of Branded Residences Villas, Hotel Villas, and the Main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 square metres, the company said in a press statement.

The construction contract was awarded AMAALA’s owner-developer Red Sea Global.

The contract and project values weren’t disclosed.
On Tuesday, Zawya Projects had reported that Rosewood Amaala will have 110 rooms and suites, along with 25 luxury Rosewood residences.

Phase 1 of Amaala, focused on the Triple Bay masterplan, is set to open in 2024, and will consist of eight resorts offering upwards of 1,200 hotel keys.
