On October 3rd - 4th Xceed exhibited at the Call Center Expo in Birmingham, UK, the largest specialized exhibition in Europe, held at the National Exhibition Center (NEC). Xceed will then travel to the United States where it will exhibit at Outsource World New York, as part of the Egyptian Pavilion. Finally moving on to Canada where it will participate in 'The International Contact Center Management' (ICCM) Conference & Expo on October 23rd to 25th, at the Toronto Metro Convention Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Xceed was very successful at the Call Center Expo this year where a special feature on Egypt was presented in the September / October issue of Customer Management Magazine. 'Egypt takes leading role in outsourcing offshoring and at Call Center Expo 2006'. The article opens with the following: 'Egypt, home to the Pyramids and the Valley of the Kings, is now ranked as one of the hottest spots for globalization.' Xceed was also featured in Call Center Focus Magazine as well as Outsource Magazine.

Xceed plans to travel to the United States to be a part of the exhibit at Outsource World NY, which will take place on October 17th to 18th. Outsource World New York is the largest and most widely recognized outsourcing event in the United States. The conference offers delegates a comprehensive learning experience examining all cost and resource implications of contemporary outsourcing services and solutions. Xceed will be exhibiting as part of the 30,000 square feet Egyptian Pavilion, along side 12 of the top companies in Egypt.

On day two of the Outsource World NY conference we have two very special speakers that will represent Egypt. Xceed is very proud to note its efforts with obtaining a special guest speaker for Egypt, Peter Ryan, Senior Analyst, Outsourcing and offshoring - Datamonitor. Mr. Ryan will give a 30 minute presentation on 'Egypt as a Contact Center Outsourcing Destination of Choice' on October 18th.

Mr. Ryan comments, 'Egypt presents one of the most unique and fresh contact center outsourcing prospects for western investors. Not only is its sheer scalability in line with some of the largest global markets, but its language skills are sophisticated from a commercial and popular culture perspective. After an exciting few days in New York, Xceed heads off to Canada to prepare for it's next splash in Canada.
