Kuwait, 4 August 2009: Wataniya Airways, Kuwait's premium service airline, commemorated the opening of its stylish new sales and services branch at Kuwait City's Discovery Mall, by giving away a free ticket to their first customer. Khamis Al Mutairi was the first person to purchase a ticket at the Wataniya Airways' Discovery Mall branch and the lucky recipient of a free first class ticket.
"Since its launch, Wataniya Airways has always been my first choice for travel due to its high quality of services and the outstanding efficiency and comfort of the Sheikh Saad Terminal. The new branch in Discovery Mall is located close to my work and offers easy access to free parking so it was very convenient for me to pass by and book my ticket," said Al Mutairi who was presented with his ticket by Lloyd Carswell, Director of Sales and Distribution at Wataniya Airways.
"Our new sales branch reflects what we have consistently been striving to achieve which is a focus on premium level services for our First Class and Premium Economy guests. We are delighted to celebrate the start of our commercial operations from this new site by gifting our very first guest with a complimentary ticket to any of our popular destinations," said Mr. Carswell.
Wataniya Airways currently has three sales outlets in Kuwait the first of which is the company's headquarters in Kuwait International Airport, the Sheik Saad Terminal, the airline's exclusive flight hub, and the Discovery Mall, all of which are located conveniently at the edges of Kuwait City. The new Discovery Mall branch operating hours, from 10am to 10pm, offer convenient access to Wataniya Airways' full ticketing services.
