Dubai, UAE - Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development LLC, United Arab Emirates, the joint venture between Arcapita, a Bahrain based investment bank, and Dubai Sports City, has awarded a contract to Al Jaber Group to construct Phase 1, comprising 579 of the total projected 935 villas of the prestigious Victory Heights golf course villa community, situated within Dubai Sports City.
The total value of the contract is AED 977 Million and the first set of homes will be delivered in April, 2008.

Victory Heights' golf course villa community, has already sold out of its phase one villas and town houses, with the exception of a limited number of the five bedroom A and B type villas. The villas and townhouses are presented in a choice of styles: Mediterranean, Spanish Andalusian and Classic European and lavish landscaping and family entertainment add to the attractions of this beautiful development.
