DUBAI, November 26 - A select gathering of VIPs, distinguished guests and investors witnessed the unveiling of The Palisades project, in a spectacular launch event held at the Emirates Towers Godolphin Ballroom last night.

Supported by HH Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the key visionary and collaborator on The Palisades, the eagerly-anticipated project is the largest privately-funded, mixed-use real estate development in the Middle East, and is a monumental architectural vision that will house an array of commercial and residential spaces inspired by the Georgian, Regency and Victorian eras.

Dubai-based event specialists Eclipse LLC were brought in to design a Victorian-themed launch event that would complement the eclectic style of The Palisades project. Using a spectacular era-style music hall themed motif, and a range of international entertainment including a West End revue, a string quartet, fire eaters and jugglers, the magnificent stage was brought to life with a stunning display of sound, light and entertainment.

James Magee and Alex Apthorpe of Eclipse LLC commented, "The Palisades asked us to create a WOW launch - they wanted magnificent, they wanted spectacular, so we decided not just to create a wonderful first impression - we decided a lasting impression was our goal. And we've succeeded in bringing the Victoria era to life."

The Palisades replica model was revealed using a hidden rotating stage, and live camera feed took the guests on a virtual walk through of the development, broadcast live on large plasma screens placed around the ballroom. The successful event was positively received by the high-profile attendees, which included two former Miss World contenders.
