UNB has won the prestigious 2015 International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) as recognition of UNB's innovative and initiative driven steps to improve and advance the development of Quality.
The awards were received by Mr. Sandeep Shivram, SVP & Head of Corporate Communications & Community Service Division, on behalf of UNB at an Award ceremony that took place in Vienna, 9th December, 2015.
The award winning companies were selected by ESQR Selection Committee based on the ESQR Quality Performance Model criteria and based on the results of the ESQR polls. The Selection Committee also researches public information sources to evaluate the companies.
Mr. Sandeep Shivram, from UNB commented "It is a great honor and matter of pride to receive this prestigious award and at UNB, we place a strong emphasis on providing world class customer service thereby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality s presented to outstanding companies and organizations from different sectors spanning Europe, America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East for their efforts and achievements in the area of service quality management.
