It is this aspect that the balanced scorecard addresses.
It concentrates on measures in four key strategic areas-finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and innovation and requires the implementing organization to identify goals and measures for each of them”
He said: “Both Balanced score card and process guides has helped these companies and organizations identify and analyze costs, improve productivity, and target their markets better than the competition”.
