Zabeel Corporate Park is a mixed use project in Al Jaddaf under development by the joint venture firm Rasis Time Developers LLC. The development consists of 5 medium height office buildings, a hotel and serviced apartment building, supported by retail and food & beverage outlets. In total the development has a gross floor area of approximately 2.2 million square feet.

The Transguard Group is providing facility management consulting services to the developers during the concept and detailed design stages. The Group will provide reviews and detailed analysis, based on a 'Whole of Life Cycle' approach to the development and construction process. It will also provide advice on optimizing the environmental aspects of the development as part of a 'green building' strategy.

In addition, Transguard is developing Facilities Management strategic plans, ensuring that service delivery objectives are aligned with the corporate goals of the development and the needs of the end user tenants.

Commenting on Transguard's role, Dr. Abdulla Al Hashimi, CEO of TRansguard Group , said: "This is a major new development in Dubai and we are delighted that we have been given the opportunity to lend our expertise to this project. The 'Whole of Life Cycle' approach to the delivery of Zabeel Corporate Park ensures that from design through to completion of construction and occupancy, the integration of FM principles of cost efficient, sustainable buildings is delivered to the client. In addition, on this project we have been very aware of the environmental impact of construction and the ongoing environmental implications of such a development."

Adrian Vinck, CEO of Rasis, believes that the decision to involve Transguard's FM consultancy team from the design stage will have major short and long term benefits. "A strategic FM involvement from the earliest design stage provides fundamental value added benefits on the total life cost and operational life of a development as complex as ZCP. The earliest application of FM thinking is instrumental in ensuring that building and facilities services can ultimately be delivered more efficiently and effectively when the development is in full use."
