Bahrain - Ebrahim K. Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has recently received the ASEC (After Sales Service Excellence & Certification) certificate from Toyota Industries Corporation, Japan, for implementing Kaizen Activities.

The Toyota Plaza Industrial Equipment Service division received the ASEC certificate, an excellence award, for successfully implementing the Kaizen standards inside the facility. In order to qualify for this award the branch has achieved, implemented kaizen and maintained strict guidelines related to service procedure, safety, environment, facility and other customer service functions.
