Muscat, 3 November 2012: The Wave, Muscat was awarded five awards at the Arabian Property Awards 2012 at a ceremony held in Dubai recently. The development was named Best Golf Development in Oman, Best Mixed-Use Development in Oman and Best Leisure Development in Oman as well as receiving two regional awards as Best Leisure Development Arabia and Best Golf Development Arabia. The awards were received at the winners' ceremony for the Arabian Property Awards 2012, part of the International Property Awards and one of the leading real estate awards programmes in the Middle East. 

The regional wins as Best Golf Development in Arabia and Best Leisure Development in Arabia allow The Wave, Muscat to move forward to the final stage of judging on an international level. The Arabian Property Awards come as confirmation of the high quality that characterises the development and facilities at The Wave, Muscat, as well as recognising the dedication of the project's management team to deliver a world-class integrated tourism complex.
