The Tensator Virtual Assistant is all set to greet visitors at the eagerly anticipated Airport Show at Dubai's International Convention and Exhibition Center, 22-24 May 2012.
The biannual event is the go-to aviation event in the Middle East and Tensator's next-generation digital signage solution will be showcased in the main registration area, delivering informative messages to exhibition delegates in an innovative way.
Designed by international queue management specialist Tensator, the Virtual Assistant uses the latest in audio-visual technology to create the illusion of a real person. It will advise visitors of the seminars and conferences taking place over the entire three days, as well as welcoming them to the show.
The Tensator team will also be hosting a seminar, educating visitors on how effectively managing the passenger journey through the airport can speed queue flow, reduce passenger frustration and drive airport efficiencies. During the session, Tensator will be drawing on its extensive expertise of interacting with passengers at Frankfurt, Dubai International, Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and London Luton airports.
