Grass Roots Middle-East, the region's leading business performance specialists, have made a new appointment to expand its expertise in customer service measurement. Cathy Sparkes joins Grass Roots as a Project Manager to work with major regional brands on improving business efficiency and performance. 

As well as designing customer service measurement projects, Sparkes will be overseeing the Grass Roots mystery shopping programme. As a measurement tool, a mystery shopping programme can be vital to drive customer loyalty as it helps identify examples of good performance and areas for improvement. With over a database of over a thousand members from across the Middle East, Grass Roots operate the region's most comprehensive mystery shopping programme.  

With a background in IT and web-based project management, Sparkes brings to Grass Roots extensive experience in customer service measurement. Prior in moving to Dubai, Sparkes a major construction project management consultancy and also a consultancy specialising in financial technology research carried out on measurement projects for the financial services industry.  Whilst in Dubai she has undertaken consultancy and project management work with a number of eminent companies. and a major Dubai developer within their project management team.
