Abu Dhabi, UAE - December 26, 2007 - Sorouh Real Estate, one of the UAE's leading real estate developers, have announced the appointment of Parsons/Mouchel Parkman as joint venture infrastructure consultant for Al-Ghadeer, Sorouh's integrated mixed use development located at Seih Al-Sdeira on the Abu Dhabi - Dubai border.
The announcement follows a closed-bid invitation to a short-list of top international consultancy companies.
Under the terms of the contract Parsons/ Mouchel Parkman joint venture will undertake infrastructure works of the 3 million square metre development covering road networks, utilities and landscaping, in addition to the amenities that provide a great recreational, educational and commercial experience. Parsons and Mouchel Parkman are world leaders in their respective fields and are presently associated with several Sorouh projects.
