19th August, Dubai, UAE: Sheraton Deira Hotel, Dubai has become one of the few hotels in Dubai to complete and get awarded the Q-Gold label from Boecker Food Safety.

This is the 1st milestone in line with the preparation for the implementation of HACCP. More than 80% of the staff have been trained and certified in Basic Food Hygiene by Boecker Food Safety, approved company by Dubai Municipality.

The hotel has attained this commitment certification, which is an accomplished testament of the finest and best standards of health and safety reinforced within the hotel operation said Josef Sorger, general manager of the hotel.
