Sharjah Islamic Bank names Winners in its Customers' Personal Data Update Campaign
Sharjah Islamic Bank announced the names of winners for the third draw of its customers' data update campaign, which is organized during the 1st quarter of 2007.
The third draw took place with the participation of a number of SIB officials and in the presence of a representative of the Department of Sharjah Economic Development. The six prize winners are: Mrs. Shamsa Ibrahim, Mr. Ali Mohamed Reda, Mr. Thaman Singh Gharti, Mr. P. T. Kunnammal, Mr. Mohammed Basheer Kavumkan, Mr. Abdulla Mohamed Al Hammadi.
Dr. Farrukh Kidwai, head of Service Quality & Process Engineering Division for Sharjah Islamic Bank, has confirmed that according to the updating campaign plan, SIB has finished the drawing of 18 winners during the three prize draws.
He pointed out that the campaign is on its target and the updating of its customers' data is in progress. He indicated that the bank customer data update process was part of an integrated plan of action through which the bank endeavors to create and activate efficient contact channels in a significant step to enable the bank to offer innovative services that meet its customers' needs.
Dr. Kidwai, urged all SIB customers to promptly update their data by obtaining a data update form from any SIB branch and to deliver it back to the branch, fax them to 06/5681140 or call SIB Call center on 800742, or mail them to SIB P.O. Box No 4, Sharjah.
It is worth mentioning that the last draw for SIB customers' data update campaign, will be held on the 8th of March for a total of 13 prizes. These include mobiles, digital cameras, MP3 players as well as LCD monitors and laptops.
