Amman, Jordan - August 12, 2009, SEDCO held a one-day seminar on August 11th about Customer Visit Management at the premises of the Association of Banks in Jordan (ABJ).
The event was attended by leaders and managers representing the Banking industry in Jordan.
The seminar was embarked with a brief introduction about SEDCO's advanced solutions and products designed to meet the needs of the different lines of businesses, presented by Mr. Ali Farah, Business Development Manager at SEDCO.
Farah then delivered a presentation about the customer visit management concept and how it helps banks to provide better personalized services to their customers while having better management tools to increase the efficiency of branches. He then introduced Infotrix customer visit management solution to the audience and shed light on its different powerful components, such as Customer Identification, where the system relies on wave signals to identify the customers once they set foot in the branch; Queuing Management, which offers a smooth management for the visiting customers' queues; Performance Management, which allows for the bank manager to monitor the performance of branches, tellers, or the bank as a whole; Central Management, which allows for a centralized management for all the branches from the head office; and Customer Feedback, which enables the bank to provide a short electronic survey to customers and to be informed about their input regarding the services and the performance of the bank and any other input that they may have.
The presentation was followed by a live demonstration about the system's various components, delivered by Mr. Hazem Ahmad, SEDCO's R&D Manager, who illustrated the various functions that the system offers to banks. He also showcased the system's digital displays and how they can be utilized to liquidize the flow of customers, and to increase the banks' profits by advertising about products and services.
The seminar was marked with the noticeable interaction of the attendance and their curious questions about the system as they voiced their banking needs. Mr. Mohammad Adi, SEDCO's Sales Manager, offered comprehensive clarifications about the system and its implementation and he explained how Infotrix solution fulfills those needs.
At the closing of the seminar, Mr. Farah extended his thanks to the Association of Banks in Jordan (ABJ) for hosting the event and for giving SEDCO this great opportunity to meet and interact with representatives of leading banks in Jordan. "We were impressed by the level of interaction we had with the attendees. The questions and discussions we had prove once again that banks need a comprehensive integrated system that manages all aspects of the customer visit to the bank," Farah said.
