By Signing Up for the Upcoming Electronic Music Production Short Course

United Arab Emirates, Dubai- 2nd March 2008:  SAE Institute Dubai, unrivaled creative media education provider in the fields of Audio Engineering, Digital Animation, Multimedia, Filmmaking and Electronic Music Production, announced their upcoming Electronic Music Production (EMP) Short Course, which is scheduled to commence on 14th April 2008.

The EMP short course is designed to help home enthusiasts develop their productions skills by getting creative with industry softwares to include: Reason and Ableton Live.  The course commences with the basics of audio and MIDI and then progresses into other subjects which will be utilized to complete a production project during the course.

The intense course is devised to accommodate both beginners in the field, as well as those already employed as media professionals, but who are looking to advance their electronic music production skills.  Individuals who have been experimenting with consumer level or semi-professional softwares will also benefit from the course as they will be able to further their knowledge of using these applications and be comfortable in using them in the professional realm.  The course is delivered by industry professionals who are themselves currently producing music and DJing.

The course is set to run for a duration of 12 weeks with classes taking place on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 6 and 9 pm.  Students wishing to take part in the EMP Short Course will need to contact Michelle Estano on 04 361 6173 to book their place and pay the course fees of AED 6000.
