Dubai: 4 Oct 2007: Customer Service Centers Dep't of Roads &Transport Authority (RTA) recently offered a service of locating RTA Subsidiary Customer Service Centers in the emirate of Dubai online through the website of the RTA (www.rta.ae).
Laila Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centers Dep't, at RTA Corporate Support Services Sector stated that there are 65 Subsidiary Customer Service Centers in the emirate of Dubai covering most locations such as EPCO Petrol Stations, and Shamil Stations of Emarat Petrol, as well as Bus & Abra Stations. There are also Subsidiary Customer Service Centers at the Social Centers within Municipality Centers at Al Tawar & Al Karama; where services of seasonal parking cards, fines payment, and bus boarding cards are provided in these two centers.
"Dubai Digital Map is subdivided into six zones, each containing a number of Subsidiary Customer Service Centers, with the logo of the RTA appearing at each zone. Once the mouse pointer is moved to RTA logo, a mini page pops up showing the name & telephone number of the Center, type of service provided to customers, and the public interested in the services of this Center" said Laia.
She added that RTA Customer Service Centers provided this service to save time and provide quality service; a matter which will have favourable impact on customers through enabling them to report to the nearest Subsidiary Center and have their cases processed at the shortest time and highest possible standards.
The Director of Customer Service Centers Dep't praised all employees involved in providing Digital Map of Dubai Emirate service, as well as Intelligent Traffic Systems, for their ongoing efforts to deliver this service.
