Dubai April 27, 2008: SABA Properties has announced that the hand-over of its 36-Storey SABA-2 Residential Tower to residents has commenced on April 19, 2008, and the owners have already started to move in to their newly furnished apartments without any delay.
SABA-2 is the second tower to be completed by SABA Properties, who has begun development of four towers within the JLT area. Incidentally, SABA-3 Residential Tower is now going through the final process and will also be completed shortly.
Part of the Dubai Multi Commodities Center free zone, the tower faces Sheikh Zayed Road, with a plot size of around 18,000 square feet. With over 500,000 square feet of Gross Construction Area, SABA-2 also provides 14,478 square feet of retail space.
The tower's 366 apartments comprise studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedrooms and penthouse units. The studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are all fully furnished, which is one of the first residential towers in Dubai.
SABA Properties chairman, Behrouz Javaheri says: "I am very happy to see families have started to settle in their new homes in one of the best locations in Dubai. I would like to welcome and congratulate the new comers.
"SABA Facility Management personnel will be on full alert to offer first-class service, security and maintenance. Residents newly moving in will need all the experienced and facilitated support that our management can present and will be happy to provide. "
