Realcorp introduced their new technology AAC, during a conference held at Bahrain Engineering Association in corporation of Jordanian engineering association Bahrain Branch.
Realcorp recently participated at the Gulf Bid Expo which was held at Bahrain Convention Center, where they showcased some of their future housing product models utilizing the new and advanced technology.
Post their participation at the Gulf Bid Expo, Realcorp is introducing a new construction technology called the AAC also known as Autoclaved Aerated Concrete.
AAC is a new era of construction technology in the region which is being widely used by construction companies across the globe. AAC reserves the natural resources compared to other building materials and also has several features and benefits which help improvise many aspects of the construction industry Eng. Allam Hanbali the GM of ESPAC-Bahrain Said.
AAC has proved to be the most economical, healthier and building time & energy saving technology. Due to its high thermal conductivity value, lighter weight, fire resistance and many other features this technology is used in construction projects in more than 80 countries across the world.
This technology is not new to the GCC region; it has been used since 1975 starting in KSA, Kuwait and UAE and is now being introduced in Qatar and Bahrain. Realcorp is looking at utilizing this technology in Bahrain and making it a productive tool in the development of Bahrain's housing and construction projects in the future.
